Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall holding a 'meet & greet' board with your name clearly written on it. 


Kindly ensure that you have provided a working mobile number and your phone is switched on. We will contact you if we have any difficulties in finding you. If a working mobile number is not provided and the driver is unable to contact you or find you within the allotted waiting time, the booking may be logged as a 'Customer No-show' and no refund will be provided.
